Here is a bit of a challenge discovered in Bury St Edmund&#8217;s today.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/geoffjones.com\/images\/Bondsandsigns_1045B\/GR5_101506_0035.jpg\" atomicselection=\"true\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-bottom: 0px\" height=\"180\" src=\"https:\/\/geoffjones.com\/images\/Bondsandsigns_1045B\/GR5_101506_003_thumb1.jpg\" width=\"240\" align=\"left\" border=\"0\"><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>And for all you roadsign buffs here is the first illuminated road sign in the UK put in place in 1935 (by special decree as it didn&#8217;t conform to the MOT standards of the day).
