My climb time was 38:30 whereas the KOM is nearly 25 mins faster but then I guess he isn&#8217;t lugging the kitchen sink up with him and I would guess considerably younger \ud83d\ude42 Great fun though<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_15446\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-15446\" style=\"width: 150px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/geoffjones.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/1-2016-10-15-12.16.57.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-15446\" src=\"https:\/\/geoffjones.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/1-2016-10-15-12.16.57-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"The Giri Cafe guidelines\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-15446\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Giri Cafe guidelines<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Then a short descent into the very upmarket Sant Joan town and the lovely Giri Cafe selling its &#8216;volcanic purity&#8217; water whatever that means &#8211; volcanoes to me mean sulphurous smells \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n<p>At the top you get the pleasure of the 5 mile descent into Cala Sant Vincent with\u00a0its huge hotel as a backdrop to\u00a0the beach \ud83d\ude41 \u00a0I didn&#8217;t stop but continued along to the Cala Boix hostal where I&#8217;m staying for some reason the beach has been left largely untouched apart from a cafe.
